Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags and packaging). Just like carefully selecting the right lure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Footwear (Deck Boots) – must be unused and in original packaging
- Apparel (Graphic Tees, Gloves) – must have original tags attached
- Custom or special order items
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
Note: Braided line and fluorocarbon products must be returned in their original, unopened spools.

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, securely package your items (we recommend using the original packaging) and ship to:

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
Want to swap for a different size or model? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original, with no additional shipping charges for exchanges of equal value.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement – no need to wait for us to receive the return first!
International Returns
For our global anglers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
